1. Understand how a smooth transition from paediatric to adult congenital heart disease (CHD) care can be achieved with minimum loss to follow-up.
2. Recognise the value of regular screening for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in adult patients with CHD and timely referral to expert centres for early diagnosis.
3. Learn how long-term outcomes in CHD-PAH patients can be improved through timely and appropriate PAH-specific combination therapy.
